In 2000, Steve founded what is now Top Gun Sales Performance; a firm that provides full-service sales support for mid-to-large sized companies. Steve’s in depth, real life experience combined with his passionate and often comical presentation style, has made him a crowd-favorite speaker and valuable sales coach. Steve has personally trained thousands of sales professionals during his career. Top Gun provides its clients with customer facing tools, develops compelling corporate capabilities presentations, delivers selling skills and sales management training, and provides outsourced selling resources. He has traveled internationally, helping his clients create products and services that affect our daily lives. Mr. Osborne is a former Mason, Ohio City Councilman and still lives in Mason, with his wife Becky. They have two grown daughters.
